Hey, just a little reminder for food writers and all you smartie-pantied chefs coming up with your own spanking new, totally unique recipes… the brains behind Soy Not Oi are still on the lookout for kickass vegetable side dishes, breakfasts, yeast-raised breads, and ‘quick fix’ meals (shit that can be whipped together in 30 minutes or less). The deadline is April 15th, and those crazy cats test EVERY recipe they receive so pull your knickers up and get cracking. I have a recipe gracing the pages and it would be an hour and a pleasure to see my name in print with YOURS! Queen of Vegan Cuisine (that’s her official title, btw) Isa Chandra Moskowitz herself is penning the intro, so it’s a great opportunity to be part of a world changing soy revolution aka an awesome cookbook.
